In his first formal address to the United Nations and the world President Trump takes the stand to let his voice be heard and his opinions known.
Throughout his speech president trump vocalizes his opinion about his loyalty to the wellbeing of the American people he lets us know that his presidency is built upon his aim to “Not to take power but to give power to the people where it belongs.” His action however from candidacy to presidency has shown that his interest in America’s wellbeing is not based upon selflessness. He then went on to reassure the leaders of the U.N that he expects “should always put your people first I will always put America first as I expect you will as well.
President Trump wants to give the power to the people not take it away. He believes that you should always put you’re people first just as he puts America first. He did not try to make expansion to the land but protect his country. A Japanese girl was kidnapped just to be used as a tutor for spies for North Korea. President Trump will not allow for North Korea to allow “Rocket man” to shoot off nuclear weapons without a consequence. He says “one of the worst and one-sided transactions the U.S. has ever entered into", Mr.Trump warns the assembly that "you haven't heard the last on it, believe me." Iran has called the nuclear ideal between Iran that it was an embarrassment towards the United States. Because he believes that Iran is trying “to cover for the potential construction of a nuclear program.” He wants to protect everyone and what their future may hold and ignore the threats to sovereignty from the Ukraine. He does not expect everyone to get along but should at least respect the laws and everything else that goes along with it. President trump says that the United States will “totally destroy north Korea.” America will continue cooperation with everyone and peruse his duties as a president and overcome everything together and a “strong, sovereign, and independent state.” “If we do not build a healthy nation no one will do it for us” to protect our future we will receive failure. Are the leaders of the country’s patriots? Would they put their people first? “Our mission and send a message to the world we will fight together, sacrifice together, and stand together for peace.”
Will always put America first (as his job I agree) US will be great friends with other nation but not to be taken advantage of (don’t think they took advantage of us I know we have been taking advantage of them) Must protect our people (most likely he is saying that to all nation that the people is more important) Reject sovereignty (reject sovereignty to give the people what they feel what’s right) North Korea nuclear threat (don’t think they will but mad of helping South Korea so there mad but have the nuclear to protect them) Bomb North Korea if they try something (really can and might happen if North Korea makes the first move.) Can’t let Kim threaten and mass murder our people (Kim is not threaten just warning and having the nukes for protection. Respect the solver rights Stop Islamic terrorism (not just Islamic people are doing it most likely everybody) Uncontrolled migration (I think he is kind of right but doing it wrong) Bashing nations ( think we have problems our self to talk down on another nation then our self).
Trump is trying to take down north Korea, Iraq. The crowd isn't happy about what he is trying to do. About the " pursuit of death and destruction." He think's people will be happy because of this, but he is trying to impact the world all wrong. This will furiously anger people. This is why nobody follow him, he said let them run their country, he will run ours. He is trying to take over.
The speech given is taking place at the United Nations. The information that Trumps is giving about the people of his country and how they should always come first I agree on that statement .They people of America trust in trumps actions and words to believe that we can be safe in the country that we live in . The comments about the terrorist I somewhat agree on but then I’m second guessing because he going after most common names people /groups but not mentioning the problems of the people of America and the groups that put Trump is basically saying that the united nations need to control everything and everyone around in different states to help protect and help keep the people we don’t want here out. The services of the United Nations is slowly falling part and not doing their jobs that they were first assigned. Trumps statements about bringing down Korea, I think is so untrue. Korea has so much more weaponry than America is brought up on, we talk about how we will stop the missiles from killing many citizens , but we don’t know what these missiles are made of and how powerful these missiles and even weapons are .
Today Donald Trump made his first speech with the United Nations addressing many issues America is facing and what we may face in the future. Trump covers refugee reassessment, famine in South Sudan, the Venezuelan regime, and conspiracies involving North Korea; such as the young girl enslaved to become a language tutor for Korean spies. Trump calls Kim Jung Un “Rocket man” in relation to Un’s missile attempts. NOTES: Iran: “death and destruction” “supports terrorist” “support and finance _____” Claim: Refugee reassessment and money support// want safety.. but for whom (Americans or refugees) “US will totally destroy North Korea” South Sudan and others: famine Venezuela has collapsed since it Big Question: “Are we still patriots?” (@leaders)
In my opinion, it makes sense that a country’s leader would put their leaders first and have their country’s people best interest at heart. Although, his political and presidential actions do not align with his statements in this speech. There is a level professionalism that has to be upheld when dealing with other countries, especially opposing countries. There are many problems and high levels of conflict when it comes to North Korea and their threat of nuclear artillery. To deal with such a dangerous nation and call their leader “Rocket Man” and saying that he will “totally destroy North Korea” shows that there is no sense of caution. Trump’s recklessness was widely recognized during his speech when his search for applause was nowhere to be found. One of Trump’s main political efforts was to refuse the entrance of refugees, and know he is saying that he “helped” the resettlement and safety of refugees. Throughout his speech he attacked multiple countries and their “terrorism”, but is known for not willing to attack the terroristic groups in his own country. Hypocrisy. Hypocrisy is an ideology that Trump loves to live by.
He addresses the concerns of North Korea and nuclear weapons by doing what is necessary and that he would want to destroy North Korea if it came down to it. He refers to Kim Jong Un as the “rocket man” and says that “He is on a suicide mission for himself” He is implying that he does indeed want to complete destroy North Korea as a warning to Kim Jong Un. Iran government. Radical Islamic terrorism (funding, support, drive out of our nation) Denying refugees? Financial assistance to refugees in their home country. Other nations take greater control of prosperity. Feelings on social dictatorship as a failed ideology (Venezuela)
Donald Trump has stated that if necessary, to defend itself, or its allies, the United States will totally destroy North Korea. Trump has said, “Nations cannot be bystanders in history – and that if we don't confront the threat now they will only gather force and become more formidable as time passes.” It’s interesting to me how Trump is so powerful, due to being the president of the United States, that he could make such a direct statement and confidently believe that every other nation would agree to participate in the destruction of North Korea or to alter the Iranian government. Trump stated that “it’s time for Iran to stop funding terrorists and its time to start funding its own people.” Trump wishes to expose the countries that are helping to fund terrorism and that the US and our allies are working to push terrorism out of our nations. Trump himself says ‘he has totally changed the rules of engagement towards terrorists’. He says with this, we have changed and effected ISIS more in the last 8 months than we have in many years. He has personally thanked 3 countries for housing and taking care of refugees, while at the same time, we were denying refugees from entering the US. And on top of that, he says that “out of the kindness of our heart” that we could house “10” refugees closer to their homeland as opposed to house “1” refugee in the US for the same cost. He then proceeded to state that this would be safer. But, what or who would it be safer for. Us? Or them? Also, Trump has referenced many allegations towards nations and I’m curious to see if that may backfire on the US as a whole, or, just towards Trump himself.
